b. Payment: Payment for orders must be made using the following accepted methods: GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice, and applicable taxes and fees may apply.
c. Downpayment: Chowby Printing reserves the right to request a downpayment for orders to protect the business and secure the production process. Details about downpayment requirements will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

4. Artwork and Content
a. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of all artwork, images, and text files submitted for printing. Chowby Printing assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or any legal issues related to the content provided.
b. Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any intellectual property (including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material) provided for printing. Chowby Printing retains no ownership or rights over the artwork provided by the Customer.
5. Turnaround Time and Delivery
a. Turnaround Time: We strive to meet the indicated turnaround times for orders. However, these times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
b. Delivery: We will deliver the printed materials to the address provided by you during the ordering process. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
6. Quality and Returns
a. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality printing. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact our customer service team within [number of days] days of receiving the order.
