Returns Policy


At Chowby Digital Printing Service ("Chowby Printing," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality printed materials and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Returns Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

a. Defective or Damaged Items: We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or do not meet the specifications of your order.

b. Quality Discrepancy: If the final printed product significantly deviates from the approved proof due to an error on our part, we will rectify the situation.


2. Return Process

a. Notification: To initiate a return, you must notify us within seven ("7") days of receiving your order. Please provide clear details and supporting documentation (e.g., photographs) of the issue.

b. Approval: We will review your request and determine if it meets the criteria for return. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

c. Return Shipment: You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the returned items to our designated address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


3. Refund or Replacement

a. Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the defective or damaged items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

b. Replacement: Alternatively, we may offer to reprint and ship replacement items at no additional cost if the issue can be rectified.


4. Exclusions

a. Artwork Errors: We are not responsible for errors in the artwork, images, or content provided by the customer. Please ensure that all submitted files are accurate and meet our specifications before placing your order.

b. Color Variations: Please note that variations in color between the final printed product and the proof may occur due to differences in monitor calibration and printing methods. Minor color variations do not qualify for returns.

c. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, and supply chain disruptions.
